"Schaut is the best contractor I have ever used. Specifically their project manager Chris Kohler. Chris is so knowledgeable and is so great to work with. I can highly recommend Schaut Construction."

"Neill is focused, driven and honest. He is a master at getting things done right and on time. His knowledge base is with the best of them. I have used Neill on some of my projects, and he has used me as well. He is the number one go to guy if you want a great general contractor to leave you with great results."

"Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. Great team who does great work and I will absolutely be giving Waters Construction a call for any and all future home renovations. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking."

"Ricky can do it all! He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He planned and installed all of our outdoor landscape and flood lighting (which has completely transformed the usability and aesthetic of the backyard). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same). He has also helped with various electrical, plumbing, drywall, dry rot, water damage, replaced/upgraded appliances. He is a one-stop shop, is reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard-working. Cannot recommend him or his work enough!"

"Paul did a phenomenal job remodeling the master bathroom and building the walk-in in the master bedroom. He also rebuilt my deck with a trellis covering plus building a pergola in my backyard. He also landscaped my front and backyard. He is a master contractor who pays attention to the smallest detail. In fact waiting for him to move back to the Bay Area to remodel my guest bathroom."

Over 30 years of experience. \nOne call does it all!!

"I’m so happy with the ADU build. The team respected our property, worked efficiently, and the result is a stylish, functional space. It feels like a little home within a home and will be perfect for guests or as a rental."

"I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. Charlie was the nicest and lovely man during the project and he was very in-depth, extremely detail oriented and he didn’t cut corners in any way. Charlie with his workers went above and beyond on our job to make us pleased and we felt like they treated our house as if it was his own. Charlie took pride in the job that they were doing and the final work can show that very clear. It’s sad to mention but those days, it’s very hard to find workers like that anymore. We also were very pleased with Jose (the main painter that ran the show when Charlie was not around). Joe stayed in close contact with Charlie and us as the job developed. The pricing for this whole work was very fair and they were willing to work around our though schedule. If you’re in need of a very good and reliable painting company, one who values your business and truly wants you to be satisfied when they are done, then hire Landmark construction energy crew. We never felt they just wanted to get the money and be done. Their first priority was our happiness! Thanks, Charlie and especially Jose."

"Josh is amazing!  He was very helpful and skillful.  We had many things that needed to be installed/repaired.  He completed everything that we asked in a professional manner.
