"<p>First, I had used this same company previously to do the tiles in my kitchen and was very pleased with the professionalism of the representative and with the work that was done.  The tiles, and especially the grout, were in sore need of cleaning.  He did the work and gave me advice on how to maintain them.</p> <p>This second visit to do the bathroom/toilet and shower was very different.  To start with the representative traipsed water all over the hardwood floor from his equipment and then walked in it.  The tiles in the bathroom and toilet were quite clean.  I was more concerned with the ones in the shower.  The work in the shower was less than satisfactory and when I commented on it his only response was that perhaps the whole floor should be removed and replaced.  He did replace some grout for which I was charged an extra $26.50.  When I commented (complained) about the water on the floor he took a rag and wiped up the wet spot but didn't touch the area that was dirty from where he had walked.  When I told him that I was unhappy with the work, his comment was "I wiped the floor, didn't I"  </p> <p><br /></p> I am not used to getting service of this quality from the companies on Angie's list. <br />"

"Cleaned and sealed tile and grout.  I was very happy with the outcome, <br /> however, Andre was not completely satisfied.  He ordered another cleaner <br /> and I had to wait a few days for it to arrive.  He cleaned again and <br /> sealed the tile.  He was correct; the result was amazing.  I would use <br /> Andre again if needed and would not hesitate to  recommend him to <br /> friends or family or anyone.
