"Angel responded to my call almost immediately. He stopped by that afternoon to assess the job and gave me a quote later that day. He was able to schedule the work within several days after that. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at the toilet, which was not flusing properly. He was able to order a replacement flush handle from the manufacturer at no cost and once it arrived, he came back and installed it for no additional charge. All in all, a very good experience.
