I’ve been in the construction industry for well over 10 years I’ve mastered in different trades and as of right now I’ve been building high end pole barns and barndominiums. "After calling Ron he arrived quickly to give us an estimate. He removed the Trex decking to replace rotting 2x10's. After the work was professionally completed the Trex was reinstalled. They arrived promptly every morning and did the work quickly. The deck looks great and the final bill was less than the estimate. We will refer Ron to our neighbors and use him again if we need work done.

"CJ Wilcox replaced a door threshold and door frame for us. He had difficulties right from the start and had to be told to make thing right. He left some things undone, but after 3 days of having the door off the hinge and the cold weather coming in, we decided enough was enough and paid him to end the project. I purchased a second threshold and asked him to re-install, which he did, however, he said that Home Depot didn't handle any larger thresholds. I went to Home Depot and he was correct, however, I went to Lowes and purchased the larger threshold and asked him to install. This was an additional cost of $25 to me."

"Flinthill Carpentry is one of those rare finds. David is an EXPERT in woodworking and takes supreme pride in his work. My dad is a high-end custom home builder with the highest of standards. When he saw Davidâ s work on my custom mud room (David built the cubbies, lockers, cabinets, made the custom bench, designed everything, etc.), he inspected every joint and corner and his response was,â Wow, this guy knows what he is doing.â We also remodeled our kitchen and we used cabinets that were not easy to install. A previous builder tried to install but only David could do it to the quality we needed. He did it under pressure of a granite install and was supremely gracious and helpful. You just donâ t see trades work with this type of attention to detail and skill anymore. Plus, David is awesome to work with on a personal level. Iâ ve been in real estate for years, and he is one of those vendors you want to know and use!"

"Debby came out promptly and gave us a bid. It wasn't the cheapest or most expensive bid we received but my husband and I liked them best. Debby had an eye for detail even when she first came out. They were very accommodating on start dates and got the whole house done in just a few days. The floors had been removed so they were able to spray paint. I was impressed with all of the prep work they did before they painted. They created crisp, clean lines between the ceiling and walls.  They asked for 90% to be paid upon completion and then after the floors were in, they would come back to touch up any scuff marks that happened when the floors were installed and I would pay the last 10%.  I inadvertently paid 100%. They were very accommodating and said that they would come back anytime to do touch ups.  They were true to their word and after the floors were finished on a Friday, they came in the next day and did an excellent job of touch up. We moved in 2 days later.  I will definitely be using Debby and Beth for any other painting needs that come up and I will recommend them to anyone who asks about painting!
