They also sent a finished work certification before the work was done to ask me to certify that it was complete. "I like Gavin and his crew. Sadly, the porch repair he did was not a priority for him. Repeated mistakes and countless no-show days made it challenging to work with Gavin. A $1000 cost overrun and a large pile of construction debris that remains in my yard (Its removal was part of the bid) make it impossible to recommend his company for larger projects. Gavin said he and his crew would come last Sunday to clean this pile up, but alas, they did not show up, and I have no confidence that they ever will."
