"Ron’s team showed up on time Friday Sept. 5 and went straight to work. Ron came back late afternoon, the job was 95% completed and told me the job was 756 sq ft and that I owed him 756 x $4 = $3,024. I objected and said that I had two professional written quotes showing the square footage at 677 so I should owe him $2,708. He said he had counted the boxes and he was correct. I didn’t want to have a verbal conflict , nor stop the job before it was complete, so I was at a loss what to do and gave him my check for $3,024 and he left. I soon realized that I was definitely overcharged and called him on Friday, Sept 5 at 4:21 to address my concern. I left a message. Ron never called me back. I waited over the weekend to allow him time to make this situation right. He didn’t so on Tuesday, Sept 9 at 2:24 I called him again, he didn’t answer again so I left him another message expressing my concern. I have never heard back from him. He has never sent me an invoice. He never measured my areas."

"I hired this company for a full flooring replacement, custom bookshelf, and stair/banister finishing. The project was supposed to be completed in December 2024, but after eight months of repeated delays, no-shows, and broken promises, the job was still unfinished. Despite having in writing that items like the bookshelf, handrail, and stair landing were included, the contractor abandoned the project before completing any of those elements. Their communication was sporadic at best, and I was often left waiting with no notice or explanation. When I finally insisted they meet the extended timeline I had allowed, they responded by filing a mechanic?s lien against my home?a retaliatory and questionable move considering the state they left the project in. I have hired legal counsel and am actively pursuing a resolution. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this business document everything, and proceed with caution. I regret trusting this team with my home."

"Ben and his crew especially Kelvin and Carlos are top notch. Hands down the best in home work provider I have ever had. Ben is accountable and responsive. He was patient and helpful in guiding me through what to go with. He thinks about things and provides options. You can see the wheels turning. He even goes out of his way to provide or create a sample of what he’s talking about to give you a visual. Kelvin is a pro. Hard worker, polite and responsive. I think Jesse was the guy who helped out the third day. Very hard worker and professional and warm. Also the job was very reasonably priced and I got quotes from 4 providers.
