Joe and his crew ripped up over 1000 sq.ft. or ceramic tile, gave us all the time we needed to complete construction of a modified floor plan, and layed the most beautiful wood-look tile I’ve ever laid eyes on. Always punctual, always cordial, and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with the end product. 5 year installation warranty for peace of mind, but I’m sure we won’t need it! "Robert Morse is a straight forward gentleman. He came to the house did measurements on both rooms and design two closets to my specific needs. Price was reasonable and I hired the company to preform the work. Justin and his partner installed the custom closeta with pride in their worksmanship! They Very professional and easy going. I was very pleased with both closets! I spoke with Robert requesting three addtional shelves . Without hesitation he mentioned he will the bring the shelves (reasonable fee). The custom closets look amazing! . Upon install There was slight issue beyond there control but the installer contacted Mr. Robert Morse and he contacted me immediately. The installer return the crown molding back to the shop. It took several weeks to install the New crown molding due to a new order but as promise Mr. Morse was apoligetic and I know this issue was beyond his control. (Manufacture issue) The owner ( Robert) kept his word through out the entire process without any hidden agenda. I am picky with whom I hired but this company was beyond my expectation of quality worksmanship. I will hired them again for addtional work ! I am waiting for a drawer handle . will update"

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

"GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."

"Long, drawn-out process. This job commenced in July 2009. There were some repairs that had to be re-done. Unfortunately the first door replaced was not adequate and poorly designed. A special door purchased from Home Depot was ordered and installed. The door proved to be constructed incorrectly. After photos were submitted to HD...a new door was ordered. Wait for replacement door was weeks/months long, due to holidays and economy. John Wathey completed the job in February, 2010. We are satisfied with the work and would recommend him to others."
