"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"Excellent, Had a new central air installed, Frank was very concern with the fact that my in laws were in their 90's. He quickly put them on the schedule for install on Thursday/Friday. Five guys came at 10am and worked all day to get the air installed before the heat wave was to start. Very professional and knowledgeable. "Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"Very professional and prompt service. They had been "nursing" my system for the last few years until it finally gave out. On thing to note ..... as time goes on, the cost of a new system gets more expensive. When they 1st work on my system, a new one was approximately 5K, then 4 years later, a comparable one was just over 7K. However, the system I had installed was eligible for a $400 rebate from PECO, so at least I recouped a little bit along with MUCH less expensive bills afterward. All in all, I would use them again for sure.
