"We had lived in our home for almost 29 years and what started out as a minor job to repair our livingroom floor turned out to be a major repair for almost our whole downstairs because of termites. A&B started the job and were very professional and took good care of us while the work was being done. They kept us up on the work being done and used top notch professional people to treat our home for the termites, rebuild our floors, walls, insulation, electrical work, sheetrock, painters and a new HVAC system. They are truly givers and not takers! Shane, the Field Manager, was very knowlegable, professional and made sure we were pleased with the work that was done. They did an excellent job on the rebuild and we highly recommed A&B Building Group for any job that you may need, small or large. "Call this company!!!! We found Bill and Lance here on Home Advisor. They just completed a 2-story addition with 9' interior ceilings and a huge deck off the second floor. I cannot say enough good about this company and the management They gave us a fair price and stuck to the price even though lumber went up drastically the week we started the project. They either answered the phone or responded to text promptly and happily--every time! -- that in itself is a great reason to hire this company. Their contractors arrived as they should and did not leave a mess. They were all very pleasant to work with and did not complain about small changes or challenges. I worked in construction for 15 years. These guys did exceptional work and stayed on schedule all the while keeping on budget. "They make life easy and projects exceptional. Grateful to have them in Lexington, SC! We worked with Palmetto Renovations from fall of 2023 through February of this year and we should have connected with their design specialty showroom and staff years ago as our home has never looked better. Our kitchen finally features real stone quartzite with a blend of stunning LVP waterproof flooring, elegant tiled backsplash and an entirely new lighting system from chandeliers to the under cabinet lighting. They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. It was an experience to brag about."
