Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress. Along with their 6 year warranty on parts and labor you cant beat this deal. I would highly recommend."

We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. "We set an appointment and Mr Rooter rep arrived on time.  He asked several questions about my plumbing and if there had been recent plumbing work.  There had been recent plumbing work as our bathroom was being remodeled. However the construction supervisor told me nothing was done by the plumber that would cause such a problem. <br /> He then examined by hot water heater and pipes in the basement. He called his supervisor and then asked to see where the plumbing work had been done. We went to the bathroom which was still under remodeling and he looked at the shower area pipes and told me there was my problem. There were no "hot" or "cold" handles installed yet (only screws were visible) but both hot and cold water were "on", so there was hot water flowing to that pipe. He explained that hot/warm water was then traveling to the next spigot that was opened.  <br /> He suggested I turn screws "off" with a screw driver for the  hot & cold water, and since he did not perform any service there would be no charge. I followed his direction and that solved the problem."

"Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. Call Craig first! He's the Lutron master pro, and he's been a licensed electrician for over 30 years...and his experience and professionalism shines bright and safe in my home, that's for sure."
