"Doing business with JMF Construction was a wonderful experience. The owner, John, is a very experienced and talented carpenter as well as a great guy. We needed multiple repairs on the exterior of our house. He replaced and painted trim boards, deck flooring, 2nd floor window trim, an attic vent, and fixed railings. He also mitered boards when necessary. When we said we had some lattice that needed to be replaced, he looked at it and said he could fix it to save us money. He did and it looks wonderful. John was on time every day and worked nonstop. He never took time out for lunch. After he repaired the attic vent, a small bit of painting was required. Instead of stopping at that, he continued painting the siding way beyond the vent area that needed it. It now looks like it did when it was last painted. All this on a very hot day on an even hotter roof. No matter how tired he must have been running up and down ladders, and dragging them around the house, he left each work area spotless every day. We highly recommend JMF Construction. We are so happy we've found John."
