Steven Rodberg rerouted the plumbing through the attic, which led to a persistent issue. I asked him to return and insulate the cold water line from the main supply throughout the attic to all faucets. Despite this, the water from my kitchen faucet still runs at 96 degrees. After paying him $6,675 for these repairs, I found out he never insulated the kitchen's water supply, and the temperature remains unchanged.
