"We have used The North Star Companies for several jobs in the past, with the most recent being the largest. We hired them do a complete renovation of our home in Severn. The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right. We had a few hiccups throughout the process - as this was done during Covid, so there were supply issues, delays and so forth, but Chris and his guys did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier and are continuously getting compliments on our beautiful home. Chris has been and will continue to be our go-to for any construction needs for us and our family and friends."

"A year ago, I hired VKB Kitchen & bath to build an additional master bathroom and renovated old bath. He and his team did an extremely marvelous job for the additional master bath and old bath remodel They look beautiful and credential. I have given 5 plus stars review for their job through google review. Today I want to recognize MR. He is doing his best to uphold the vkb company core values by guaranteeing a two-year warranty of the quality. "I bought a home built before 1978 and found that there was some asbestos floor tile in the basement. I reached out to D&H Demolition and they immediately came out to take a look at the project and provided a free estimate. They were very helpful and answered all my questions which made me feel a lot safer about the situation. I hired them and they took care of the work the very next day! Overall I was very pleased with their price and quality of work. Highly recommend!"

"Exceptional Service & Quality Work! I recently hired American Eagle Building & Design, LLC to help rearrange a few areas in my day spa (Jacqueline Morgan Day Spa) and create two new treatment areas in Solomons Island, MD. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. They listened carefully to everything I asked for and remembered every detail throughout the project. Their attention to detail was truly impressive—every aspect of the job was done with precision and care. They stayed true to their original estimate, which was incredibly detailed and transparent, with no unexpected costs. The team was also very easy to talk to, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their cleanliness and professionalism. At the end of each day, they left the space spotless, which was so important for my business. "I've worked with Dave now for several years on projects of less than $1000 and projects up to $100,000. No matter the cost, the same attention to detail is given. I find Dave to be honest, fair, trustworthy, and very hard working. Most recently, D&R Improvements repaired significant structural issues, installed new windows and Hardy siding. It was a large, daunting project, but throughout the process I had confidence in Dave and Wayne's abilities to restore the home to a condition I can be proud of. I strongly recommend them for any renovation, addition, or repair."

"The service was wonderful and great to work with, they were easygoing and got it done. They talk regarding the processing and very professional and know their craft."

"Installed 4 ceiling fans and 1 chandelier. Excellent service, done in a timely manner. Arrived punctually and began work promptly. Used drop cloths to catch debris and cleaned up nicely. Friendly, polite and respectful. Price was as quoted and very reasonable for the service provide. Very flexible and even installed 1 additional ceiling fan for an additional fee. Worked thru a couple of challenges with bad parts supplied by the manufacturer with no problems, to get the job done. Good quality work, professionally done. Highly recommended."
