"My washer was leaking. Larry was the only one that responded to me at all. He was polite and professional. Unfortunately, the necessary repairs could not be made, so I do have to buy a new one. If anything happens to any of my other appliances, I will call him again."

"After examining the stove in finding that the part was no longer available, the part was sent to a company for rebuilding. I was told 7 to 10 days and that is exactly what happened. As soon as the part came in Paul, the repair man, was here the very next day and repaired the stove. Service was excellent"
