Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in West Townsend, MA

"We wanted to help with our foundation drainage as the hills all led to water pooling to the back of our house. Also had French drains installed. Very happy with the quality of work especially so close to our home foundation. Highly recommend and have used Echo Excavation for multiple projects."

"It went well. They are being professional in their follow-up as they are trying to have us install an expensive basement drainage/pumping system. We haven't decided yet, as it will be part of our basement gut/rehab project."

"They did a fantastic job! We have had driving rain since the installation and our basement is bone dry. They came on time, were very polite and I'm very happy with the fast train system they installed."

"Fantastic! Tom was very helpful and responsive. He fixed our foundation at an extremely reasonable price, precise work and guaranteed for life. Highly, highly recommend!"

"From start to finish DryZone made everything easy. Thank you"

"Eddie did a fantastic job. He was able to come earlier, which helped me out. He explained what he was doing and got to work. One drain was a particularly hard job, but he kept at it until it worked perfectly. There were no hidden charges or attempts to jack up the cost. When he finished, he cleaned up completely. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if we need to."

"Great! Richard had a cancellation and asked if he could come in that time slot. We were delighted. He was prompt. Richard is knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do, was very professional and friendly. He worked both inside and outside. The job looks very solid. Our realtor came over a few days later ( we are selling our house in the spring) and was very impressed with the workmanship. I would highly recommend Jackson Foundation Repair."

" Initially, we contacted the owner Scott Whitelaw in March 2016. Eventually we agreed on the June start time, in June the project started as planned. We needed to have our concrete and brick front steps repaired and replaced with granite slabs.  The concrete was repaired and slabs replace and the concrete was stained. I was concerned about getting the right kind of stain color for the overall look of the project, and Scott worked very well and very patiently with me to see that we were satisfied. Once I was able to select the brick product the brick walkway was laid exactly to our expectations. We required a curve in the walkway and Scott was able to meet our expectations. We were very satisfied with the overall project."

"Rey came in one day to estimate the job. I had an interior drain system installed 24 years ago, but for the first time some water was seeping in and puddling on my cellar floor. Rey looked at the problem with me, suggested a minimal but effective solution, and priced the job at a fair amount. (Another contractor wanted to sell a more extensive job that I believe was more than I needed.) Rey and his assistant came on the day we arranged and did the job very satisfactorily. They worked hard and quickly installing a new drain channel, then re-cemented the floor leaving it clean and level. Rey was personable, professional and good to work with."

"I was impressed with NE Dry Basements from the beginning.  The head of the company (Don) came out himself to survey the situation and spent ample time with me explaining what he thought the issue was and how we could remedy it.  He answered all my questions and promptly sent me a detailed quote with a competitive price.  He did not try to oversell me and did not pressure me.  After interviewing several other vendors I went with NE Dry Basements.  They worked around my schedule, showing up on time with a very professional crew.  Although the job was messy, they cleaned up, leaving no mess.  We worked around a few tricky/complicated things but through it all, Don was adamant that he would honor his work and would come back as many times as necessary to ensure it was functioning properly (which it is).  I would highly recommend this company.
