"It went terrific. We called on a Sunday night and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning because they'd had a cancelation. The workman was prompt, clean, and professional. We asked some questions while he was working, and I mentioned that we had read on Angie's list how the Taagan workmen were willing to tell you everything they were doing and explain the whole process as they worked. He laughed and said that explained a lot. Turns out they are willing to answer any/all questions, but the work will go a LOT faster if you ask your questions before or after, but let them actually concentrate on the work at hand, while they are working. One of the things that was very important to me was that had an auger large enough to clean out our 4" drain, all the way to the walls. Most places only have a 1.25" bits. Normally, we have to have our drain augured once a year in Sept. We have 2 mature trees growing over our sewer pipes, and the roots are invasive. We had to find a new plumber last year. The new guy was inexpensive, but with his 1.25" bit he was only able to drill a hole through the middle of the roots. Our drain was clogged again within 4 months (over the winter!) So I was thrilled to find out that Taagan could auger up to an 8" pipe. They are our go-to plumber now! <br />"
