"Great Experience. I was concerned about the 22 yr age of our air conditioner able to keep working and wonder if a long wait time to get a product shipped like refrigerators last year, I called for a quote and within a week it was installed and working! Installers worked tirelessly until their work was done, clean and neat!"

"The installation went well. The team was professional and worked tirelessly to finish the job by end of the day."

"Able to install on a timely basis. Friendly, clear, and reasonably priced."

"The selection process took a long time to find the right plumber. I talked to Steve, he really made me feel at ease about the company. Plus there was a coupon on Angie's list for the work. Scott was the plumber that did the install. He was patient and explained everything he was doing. (I always watch over the guys shoulder to see what is being done.) Everything went perfect, removal, install, cleanup, etc. It is great to find this kind of company nowadays. Keep up the good work."

"The workers arrived prior to the scheduled appt. which really worked for me. I'm pleased with the manner in which they performed the installation of the central air conditioning system. They were courteous and professional."

"The technician was very careful and thorough."

"Vitt was very responsive while we investigated alternatives, and provided prompt answers to our many questions. Once we made the decision based on Vitt's good price and excellent equipment, they began the very next day and installed three complete HVAC systems (furnaces, coils and outside units) in one day. Very professional and superior work. We highly recommend Vitt."

"Installed ok and he left ! No complaints!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
