"Had a leaking toilet with water seeping thru floor in downstairs ceiling. Their technician removed old toilet and installed a new Kohler toilet. The technician, Jett was polite and worked continuously to finish the job.Great company all are polite and they do a great job. Dont hesitate to call them."

"We had an emergency after a power surge that fried our furnace. Varsity was at our home first thing in the morning. Ralph went through a thorough diagnostic process with us, went over all of our options with prices, and we ultimately replaced our entire unit. The work was done efficiently within hours. No mess to clean up afterwards, and the techs at Varsity returned our home to the safe, warm environment we needed in preparation for a large winter storm. The techs took proper precautions when entering our home, even going so far as to wearing shoe coverings to protect our floors. The service manager communicated the entire process with us before it was happening, keeping us informed every step of the way. The employees at Varsity treated our family like their family.
