"Barbara was phenomenal. A true professional dedicated to her craft and excellent customer service. We had a custom toilet that stopped working, and a leaky faucet in the same bathroom. She reached out right away after requesting a quote through Angi, and she came the same day. At first she told us that the toilet required a part she’d have to order, and after fiddling with the faucet, recommended the 15 year-old fixture be replaced. I offered to purchase it from Home Depot or Lowe’s she agreed to come back to replace the old one and install it in 3 days. After she left, she called me back and asked if she can return because she figured out how she could try to fix the toilet with existing parts she had in her truck. She did it. The toilet is functioning better than it did before the problems began! She then returned 3 days later as promised to replace the bathroom faucet, a complicated project because of the cabinet structure that she stuck with and skillfully completed. On a personal note. We bonded once I asked about the name of the company, which her father, who founded the company, named after his Navy ship. My dad also served in the Navy. Barbara kept me regularly posted about when she’d arrive and the progress of the work. She was true to her word. I’d gladly paid her for her excellent work."

"Mr Bell will explain everything in detail. I'm very satisfied with the Replacement Furnace done quickly and efficiently area clean. By qualified staff."

"Jeff was great. He diagnosed the problem then repaired rather than replace a water pump which saved me money."

"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."

"My water heater burst in my basement flooding it out. The plumbers came immediately, replaced my water heater and removed all the water."

"Hands down best contractor we have ever worked with and highly recommend. Anthony was honest and determined to repair our horrible plumbing that we have had problems with for years. At 61 years of age I know excellence and integrity and Anthony has both in loads. He is a master plumber and his work ethic far exceeded our expectations. "After 35 years as home owners on Long Island, this was our best plumbing experience ever. Nothing was too much trouble for Frank. Our downstairs bathroom is in an annex to the main house, built over a crawl space accessible via our basement ... if you are agile and determined. Frank crawled in there on his back to check there were no leaks from the work he'd done above. (There weren't any.) There were a couple of parts he didn't have in the van: he said he'd come back in a few days to instal them. He did -- no extra call-out charge. Great customer service; great workmanship; great plumbing; THANKS!"
