"I hired Quick Drain for my slow draining tubs. Sal contacted me and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. He was professional and neatly clean up upon finishing the work."

"It was wonderful. I use this term because I wasn’t confident in the successful outcome. I had previously hired a drain clearing company and the problem seemed fixed for a few days. All five feet tall Barbara came over, diagnosed the problem. The pipe in the basement had to be cut out and replaced. The location was tricky and there was heavy work to be done, such as moving a semi filled washing machine. Barbara (owner/plumber) said she’d take care of ot and SHE DID!!! She saved the old pipe for us to inspect and we couldn’t believe the corrosion and blockage inside the pipe. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to other prices I received. Four months later and the drains are still working great. I would never call anyone else, other than Barabara. Her father was a plumber. He taught her well. Jeff Price"

"Chris is very responsive to the needs of the customer. After speaking with him on the phone about a problem with my clogged drain, he was at my house in less than 24 hours and quickly resolved the drain issue. Excellent business man."

"Although the work did not solve the problem, the work that was done was really needed. Jeff was very neat in his work habits. He explained what he was doing. The problem that I had was a smell from my bathroom sink, after removing the drain line, I found that the line was clogged."

"Mike and his assistant Tommy arrived as scheduled. They were both very nice, friendly and courteous. Mike was super helpful. Not only did he and Tommy clear our clogged line but Mike also gave me several tips on other things I can do to help keep our plumbing system running more smoothly. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely consider hiring them again the next time we need any sort of plumbing repairs!!"

"Justin immediately called me back. He explained the problem with the main sewer line. Came first thing in the morning to fix it. I highly recommend!"

"Fast response. Very transparent about pricing. Showed us the issues on their live cameras so we saw exactly was wrong. This is a company that obviously takes pride in their reputation."

"Jeff was great. He diagnosed the problem then repaired rather than replace a water pump which saved me money."

"Dominic was incredibly knowledgeable about sewer and drain systems and had the right equipment to get the job done efficiently. What really stood out was how honest and straightforward he was, no upselling just solid work and great service."

"Yes, the work was successfully completed, by running a rotor-rooter snake line down a pipe on our roof, after an attempt to clear the blockage from under the kitchen sink. The technician had given me three options that could be followed, by accurately telling me what stages the problem could be at, and listing the increasing cost of each procedure. Happily the problem was solved with the first and cheapest approach. He was polite and knowledgable, but I do feel that the standard rate that the company had set for procedure #1, were out of the reasonable range. I had been charged $800.00 for the work."
