"We have a built in 48" Kitchenaide Refrigerator that is 24 years old. It was not cooling down on the food side or freezer side. Due to the age of the unit, I was concerned that it could not be repaired and we'd need to purchase a new unit which would have cost us $2,000 or more. The serviceman came to our home (his name is Steve). He went right to work. He recharged the unit with Freon, but was not convinced that would fix the problem. So he disassembled part of the freezer, taking off panels, and found out that the coils had a thick layer of frost over all the coils. Steve sprayed hot water over the coils until the frost was gone and he used a shop vac to capture the water, so there was no mess. He said the timer was faulty and needed to be replaced, but the refrigerator/freezer would work until then. He returned one week later and installed the timer. Steve was so friendly and knowledgable. I'd recommend Steve / Morrison's to everyone. Total cost of repair (both trips, parts, labor) = $130.33. Amazing ! ! !"

He was unable to fix the microwave doors, but assured us that the function of the microwave is not hindered by the loose door. "They did fix it pretty quickly and it was a fairly simple repair. $90 included the service call and repair cost. They did a good job. He didn’t try to make it a bigger repair than probably it was. It had to do with some kind of a switch, he looked through the materials, and he had it because I imagine there are lots of dishwashers and lots of models and he looked through the materials to fix it. I think it was just a small part and of course the time in diagnosing the problem. For me, it was reasonable."
