Elegant homes was one of three companies that I received an estimate from to repair the rotten wood all around my home's facia and bay windows. I went with them because their description and estimate for the work was the most thorough. During the estimate the general manager explained his thoughts about the scope of the damage and suggestions for repair and seemed very knowledgeable. His explanations were clear and I felt that he was aiming to ensure that the repairs he and his crew completed were done correctly and prevented future water damage. It was also suggested to me that I have my gutters replace given that the ones on my home were old and too small to adequately channel water given the steep slope of my roof. Work began quickly (within a week of my signing the estimate) and the workers worked diligently complete the job in two days. Their pricing was more the fair, and I noticed that they replace rotten wood they encountered that was not covered on the estimate. I would definitely hire Elegant Homes again and am exceedingly happy with the quality of work they have completed. I also feel proud of how the exterior of my home looks. The also cleaned up meticulously after the work was done and stated that they did not want any materials from their work to be left in the yard."

"I hired Moses Williamson to clear my gutters and downspouts. His crew noticed cement debris laying on the roof. Moses inspected the damage and it turned out I had a damaged chimney crown that required replacement. In addition, the brick chimney needed tuckpointing in several places to refill the mortar joints. His crew replaced the cement crown, tuckpointed the chimney, and applied a clear sealer over the entire surface. Based on Mosesâ recommendation I agreed to have the brick facade spot tuckpointed and sealed. In truth I had previously noticed small spots of missing mortar on the brick front but had simply put off addressing. I found Moses to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He showed me photos of the crown damage, and patiently answered my many questions. And yes, the gutters and downspouts were cleared.
