I actually went through home advisor and Mr mold called me to address the issue. they sent a tech out a few hours later. I was going to have an air test done, the tech advised that since I had dried the area out to save the money on the air test and go for remediation. The tech Johnny gave me what I felt was a good price on the job and said he could be back in a few hours to do it. He arrived earlier than expected and educated me on the work he was going to do. I don't do reviews too often but when you receive exceptional customer service you have to say something. Johnny was truly a pleasure to work with and made me feel at ease and safe in my own home.
