"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

We are aging and decided it was time for a walk in shower so naturally we called the people we knew would do a good job. Cindy came out gave us a quote and offered many options. We booked that day. Installation was amazing. Frank and Devin went to work immediately, put things down to keep dust, dirt etc at a minimum and they worked well together. They answered our questions along the way. "Marsh contracting came in and took our 50+ year old bathroom and made it into a great, functional space. I wish I could explain the awfulness of the "before" situation they were facing. Tile and plaster 3 inches thick; square, heavy bathtub that need to be removed; galvanized steel pipes with years of corrosion blocking water flow. They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done. They were prompt and worked quickly; the only hiccup was on our side with a delivery issue, and they were able to work around it and keep the project rolling. Bob and his team were upfront with us on everything, and I felt that I had a clear idea of how the project was moving along, next steps, and the timeline for completion. Communication was never an issue, whether via email, phone, or text. And my super picky Father in Law has even complemented the great tile work!"
