"Mike was superb. The job required perseverance and Mike's never give up attitude paid off while working on my old house. The odyssey began when Mike tried to install the faucet I purchased. It did not fit. He went to a trade supple house in search of another that also did not fit. He was instrumental in getting the showroom to take the wrong one back, and recommended a helpful sales person who helped me buy an appropriate one. On the next visit we discovered that the holes were not drilled correctly, so the new faucet would not fit. Mike installed an inexpensive one for us to use until he could buy a special drill bit for cutting granite. Mike deftly enlarged the mounting hole, which was no small feat given the counter/sing/backsplash setup. He did so without damaging anything or creating a mess. He's also very personable and comfortable to be around and in the house. highly recommended."

"Rob was fantastic. i had an 80yr old cast flange finally rot out at one on the slots. Called Rob, a rough estimate was provided and time of arrival established. He was early, well spoken and cleanly dressed. He applied boot covers as it was wet/snowy outside. He replaced the flange and poured a new joint, adding additional support by anchoring the flange to subfloor. This was not done previously but again the house is 80yrs old. We had purchased a new toilet and asked him to replace our old one with the new. This was not part of the scope of work, but he did so without complaining or trying to reschedule. He cleaned the area and it looked as it did when he arrived. Everything looks great! New toilet works great! No more wobbly toilet. Highly recommend his work."

"They came out on a Sunday and didnà  à  à  à ¢à  à  à  à  à  à  à  à  t charge an emergency fee. There was water coming from the bathroom down to my kitchen below. He was able to see where the leak was coming from and repaired and replaced some shower faucet parts. He left everything cleaned up and stopped the leak in four hours."

"Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."
