"Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.   <br /> Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. "Gary was able to diagnose the problem before he even got to our house. He really knows a lot about all kinds of wildlife! When he arrived he confirmed that we had flying squirrels. Gary knew exactly how to go about getting rid of them in a way that was quick and effective. He provides a 2-year warranty on any future problem related to the flying squirrel removal. He also provided an assessment of other areas of our house that may be susceptible to mice, etc. He set some traps and sealed up areas of entry. He came back to our house multiple times to ensure that the pests were gone. We would definitely recommend Gary in the future."

"The CS rep quickly arranged an appointment, and the young man who came arrived cheerful and on-time.  He quickly tended to the task at hand, and assured me that if the spray was not completely successful, the company would come out again to spray a second time. <br /> <br /> As things happened, we had an extended stretch of rain not long after the initial spray (which no doubt diluted the first application.)  New ants appeared soon after, so I did call to request the company return for a second round of spraying.  Another young man arrived soon after (again, a cheerful sort) and did the second spray.  We had no problems thereafter."

"A couple of weeks ago we noticed significant wasp activity around our house, so we called Nathan at Home and Business Pest Control. As I work in engineering, I have a tendency to carefully analyze and learn options before making a decision. So I asked Nate about the exact chemical compound he would use. I was extremely pleased by his absolute openness, competence and kindness. He thoroughly explained to me all the available options, as well as their safety, until I could feel comfortable. They are awesome and I would never spray them." The visit was then concluded with no action, and much happiness on my part at having honeybees at home. He didn't want any payment, so I had to insist to give him a tip, to at least pay for the gas. What I found remarkable about Nathan is his passion for understanding animals and their ecosystem. He is essentially a scientist, and he pours his soul into his profession. I loved interacting with him, will hire him again, and will recommend him to my friends.
