"Mike and his co-worker Ben completed two projects for me, cladding on Sun porch posts and a Deck teardown and replacement. He worked wonderfully with us to pick materials and design and the final construction job was excellent! To top it off he was still able to meet our completion date despite vendor materials defects and extreme summer heat. Thanks for a job well done!"

"absolutely fantastic team. highly professional. on time. accurate estimate. got started earlier than expected-moved us up in the schedule. on site team was extremely polite, respectful, neat. they arrived on time each day, cleaned up any messes, communicated well, answered questions. came on last day to follow through putting things back on the house, finishing up any tiny detail work, and overall did a fantastic job. Will 100% hire again for interior painting, any roofing, or other work that thier team could provide. 100% recommend to family AND friends."

"I needed deck repair and new railings. After my first contractor failed to complete the job and essentially ghosted me for more than a month, I hired Phelps Construction to do the work. Less than a week later, the job was completed and my deck looks great! Alex kept me informed of when work would be done and most importantly, when he said, "The work will be done Friday," the work actually got done that Friday! Highly recommend."

"Spenser and Tyler helped me get my basement finished- including building a custom hidden library. Would recommend, will definitely be using them for my next project."

"Bill was very prompt at coming out and giving us an estimate we couldn't quite afford a full deck replacement but he came up with a great idea that would keep us safe and be able to utilize his safety measure in the building of Our Deck next year. I so appreciate his professionalism and letting us know that there's other options than just you have to replace the whole deck I found his honesty refreshing and he is more than fair with his prices and a wonderful personality I would definitely recommend this professional to anyone for anything."

"Had some siding blow off in the wind. Called and they were able to help me out same day with quick, professional service that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Would Highly recommend!"

"We were able to get our doors put in the same week we contacted them. Very fast and friendly. We will definitely use them in the future!"

"I contacted Dave Hernandez about providing an estimate on fixing a leak in my attic due to a bad roof ridge vent. - He was out the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of the problem and life expectancy of my roof. (A different company was trying to sell an entire new roof when it wasn’t required.) - His estimate to replace the roof ridge vent was better than others and showed fair pricing. - Since my house had a pending offer, he moved in the work date to support my commitment to the buyer and did not price gouge me to do so. - He went up himself into the attic to perform some clean up since I was experiencing some health issues and showed me a picture of the final result which looked great. - There were no surprise additional costs or fees at the end and they cleaned up their mess. - I would certainly work with Affordable Pro Roofing again and highly recommend them to others. After to getting to know the owner better, I feel they provide fair pricing, trustworthy advice, and quality work."

"New walls were built using paneling that matched existing paneling.  I had asked for a 3-foot-high box with removable or hinged lid to be built around the sump pump to keep the cat from playing with it; Jamie recommend a closet instead of a box, which was acceptable to me, and will prove to be a better choice when I have the sump pump discharge rerouted away from sanitary sewer.
Sump pump failed overnight during construction.  I had not moved in yet, so I was glad that the workers altered me.  With my authorization they had a new sump pump installed, removed the soaked carpet, and ran dehumidifiers to dry out the basement.
One door was installed opening opposite my request, but this was too minor a detail to ask for a correction.
New doors and trim were stained and varnished, and all messes were cleaned up completely.  Very happy with the work.  Solar tube (skylight) in bathroom is wonderful!"
