I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

RCL was disorganized about sending a repair person, coming with proper parts, could not diagnose the problem correctly, tried to sell me expensive replacement that I did not need and seriously overcharges, and charges your card without your knowledge or permission."
