"This is the third time I have used this Angie's List Deal with Alliance Home Improvement. I continue to be satisfied with their work and will use them again. They have been consistently prompt, efficient, responsive to requests, and conscientious about full clean-up after the windows were installed. The only slightly non-professional (but amazingly trusting) aspect was that I was not presented with or sent a bill, but instead was just informed by the workers who installed the windows that, "if I wanted," I could pay by going online (which I did). "I keep forgetting to log in and review these guys, but their repair to my roof has been thoroughly tested by the weather now. No more leak! 
They were incredibly professional and very accommodating. We worked together via phone and email because I work in CT. I never actually met them in person although my husband met the workmen who did the repair. It may seem weird but with my schedule doing it this way was SO much easier for me. I'm glad it worked for them too. 
The only negative thing I can say about these guys is that they didn't contact me once they received my deposit. I had to call them and make sure everything was all set and to find out when they were coming. But once I was in contact with them again everything went smoothly.
