"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"Our oil heater went out in a snow storm. They were VERY helpful, and got our heater installed quickly! I would recommend Old Skool HVAC to anyone looking for affordable, dependable service! Thank you Old Skool!!"

"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"Chris was very professional on the phone and reverted back in a reasonable time post the first call. John was very prompt at the given appointment time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He went over the details and the annual maintenance plan in detail and also checked all the vents while he was there. He also recommended few things to be done during winter to keep the air conditioning and heater running smoothly. Overall I liked the experience and service provided by TRU North. "Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I had received a couple different estimates, and while they were all around the same price range, Joe stood out from the rest.  He did an awesome job, left things very neat during and afterward.  Fast forward two years later and not a single problem was had with the units they installed.  My utility costs also went down!  I would highly recommend DiBiase Heating and Cooling.
