"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

Five guys came at 10am and worked all day to get the air installed before the heat wave was to start. Very professional and knowledgeable. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"Really excellent installation of Daikin FIT heat pump with a gas backup furnace. This allows dual fuels, gas or electric. It's 15F right now and the heat pump is a bit slow bringing my rowhome up to temperature, but is working fine. It's good down to 0F, and Philly rarely gets below the 20's. Installers were great and highly experienced. No surprises! The job was the most carefully spec'ed I've ever encountered and they saved me money by not having to use my old flu which needed an expensive relining. Techs did careful, neat work, were highly experienced and courteous to deal with. Overall, I'm very happy and would use Unique again. They are not cheap, but the price was certainly fair given that it's essentially two heating systems and it's a high quality, high-efficiency system. "
