"Long story short, we started this project on July 14th and fired 2 different contractors and Home Depot before I reached out to Floor Coverings International on September 20th. Our floor was completed by October 2nd. Floor Coverings International did a great job installing my floor. There were a few dents and scratches in the floor, but, after 3 months of not being able to use my basement, I was just happy it was done. The customer service was great. My only complaint would be the extremely hard sales pitch. I felt like we were pressured into making a decision on the spot, which, I understand is their job, but, they were the first of many appointments we had scheduled for that week. I am typically a frugal shopper and, like to entertain all options. I would not say the installation was worth what I paid but, again, after 3 months of not being able to use my basement, I was just happy it was done. Thanks again!"
