"The job went very well. John worked with us by performing the work over three move-ins so that we were able to use most of our house during the process. The level of quality is very good including cement floated floors over wood and hot mop tar for waterproofing in the shower. The layout for the tile pattern was right on and Johns recommendations are good and should followed. Simply got some type of wax and buffed the granite...that's it.

"The man they sent out to clean my entry tile and grout did a fabulous job! You could tell that he cared about the outcome and was not just going through the motions. My tumbled marble flooring was quite dirty and he worked to get all of the residue out of the "pockets" in the tumbled marble. When he was done cleaning, he applied a sealer. Unfortunately, the sealer was not absorbed evenly into the marble. When I called about the problem, he immediately came back out and happily took care of the situation. I am very pleased with the outcome."
