"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

They also make you aware of anything needing immediate attention. They provide flat pricing upfront and honor those prices if you prefer to think it over before moving forward. Past experience, I know SL honor their $99 diagnosis fee no matter how long it takes, and if not fixed they return for free. They don't put you at the bottom of the list either. They return to fix the issue, even if they didn't initially cause the issue. I have used SL for complete furnace/AC replacement, warranty work, regular service, after hours, and have referred 4 new clients to them. The only reason I have this experience with SL is because of the less than satisfactory experience I had with another HVAC company. SL has come in and replaced wiring, replaced the thermostat after rewiring the thermostat didnt work. And when one wire solution didn't resolve it, they didn't give up. They offered to provide fans in the summer and space heaters in the winter until the issue was identified and corrected. NOTE: The unit SL installed at prior address has only had regular maintenance needed to support warranty for over 8 years. My recurring issues are related to an incorrect installation during new home construction by an HVAC company who outsourced installation and then refused to stand behind their product & service."
