"Dug holes in garage slab to connect plates from outside to inside with threaded rod and filled holes with concrete.  My task was to use large wrench they provided to tighten the nuts on the outside after concrete had time to set.  One wall was over 1/2 inch from slab before tightening and the other was over 1/4 inch.  After a few weeks I had the gap for both too small to measure.  Over 6 months later and all is well.  Very professional job."

Reo confessed that he had never seen a garage laid without footings, and he wasn't sure how much it would cost to add them. I had another company come look and give me an estimate and called Reo back. The only thing was it seemed the people who came before him could have had equipment he needed ahead of time. First day they had to leave early because some steel pipes or beams were not right size and another person had to go get and couldn t get til next day. Seems like that could have been done before Lamont and his helper got there. Other than that it went well."
