"This was by far my best experience with contractors. I was looking for past 7 years to remodel my bathrooms and never liked or trusted any of the contractors I interviewed.Many would mislead you that they do tile work and then they try to sell you acrylic wall’s for shower and scare you not to do tiles because you will have mold or leaks. I also wanted to install rain shower faucet system and non of the contractors would do it. They force you to buy particular brand of faucets and you have no choice to design your bathroom the way you want. Very annoying..My first interview with Santos was a surprise! He didn’t have a problem with any of my requests and he showed me a lot of of his work. I hired him right away. His crew worked every day from 8-5or 6pm snd finished 1 bathrom and one powder room within 12 days. Every day they would cover all floors clean up after the end of day. They don’t cut corners, they pay attention to detail s and take pride in the work they do. Very rare to see nowadays. The work they did is outstanding! My bathrooms are gorgeous and I can’t wait to do my master bath next year. I won’t recommend Santos and his crew for any remodeling because they are really skilled."

"Daryl was early, but had called to see if it was OK to come over before the scheduled time. He immediately got to work. A few hours later he had completed the job (all tiles are now white) and he very carefully explained when we would be able to use the bath again - how long the curing process takes - and left detailed instructions on care/questions. He also left zero mess!
Almost 3 months later, I was cleaning the bath and found two small spots that were not fully white. Seriously, they were so small that they only way I saw them was on my hands and knees cleaning the corners. But - once found - they loomed large in my mind. I called Eastern. They set up a follow-up appointment. Daryl came back out and corrected the issue and all is well.
I had decided on Eastern based on a friend's recommendation and am heartily glad that I did so. I found them to be professional, responsible and their work to be superb.

"Installer on time and kept me in formed of his progress four to five hours to complete job. Called on 6/10 recording the handle lock sticking and am awaiting a response P S. on 6/13 the lock was fixed early in the morning."

"John has done a nice job retiling our powder room. As others have mentioned he is very busy but will work as long as needed to get the job done right (our 45sq/ft job ended up being a bit more involved once old tile was removed). Will upload photos once grout is sealed and buffed in a couple days."
