"The work went very, very well. Over two days, Cody was on time and right on-point in terms of the problems I might have with an old home. He was able to deal with all the challenges of working in an older home in a cost-effective way way, all the time educating me on how to best care for my house and what to expect. I was told by "professional floor installers" that my bathroom floor could not be installed without a 'major' rehab'. Cody took a look and came up with an extremely great plan for replacing the floor and it looks fantastic AND it was done correctly without compromising the integrity of the house / plumbing! He always has a solution, is always thinking about the final cost and is just the best person to remodel, remake or fix up your house. As a single woman, it is such a wonderful thing to have a knowledgeable, HONEST person who will share his talent and time without ripping you off. I have hired Cody for multiple smaller jobs over the past year but this was the largest / longest of the jobs and I am entirely happy with Hunny-Do. Everything everything quickly becomes Hunny-Done. "We've used Vonderhaar in the past and been satisfied. In this instance, we scheduled to have them check out the gas fireplace at our rental property. We had to wait 6 weeks for the appointment. The girl they sent out didn't seem to have a clue how to fix it and finally told my tenant that the gas valve needed to be replaced on a fireplace that was 18 months old. We never got a quote for what it would take to replace the gas valve but we we kept getting invoiced for the service call. I got Doug from DBA Gas Fireplace out to the house and he fixed the pilot light with a can of compressed air and some know-how."

"This is a follow up of my previous 2 reviews. As I have mentioned previously the owner Tim did reach out after reading my first review. He had his best guy Jeff out here, tore everything down and started from scratch. He replaced rotted decking, rebuilt the cricket, put new water guard, step flashing and shingles. Hopefully this will be the last time we have to deal with this leak. We appreciate Advantage Roofing, Tim the owner and his team for reaching out and willingness to fix the problem. I would hire Advantage roofing again."

"We had our roof done by Ray St Clair in 2015. Just this year, 2020, we had a leak develop that apparently was on the 2nd floor roof and made it's way to the garage ceiling. Their quality inspectors came out right away and did work to stop any potential leaks. After several visits, confirmed that the leak was actually coming from a bathroom - incredibly hard to find - I've done a quick fix there and no more water. These guys were clearly very knowledgeable in their work and always punctual, courteous and left everything clean. They stood behind their work 5 years later, no questions asked. A great staff and very pleasant to work with. Thanks!"

Of 3 estimates obtained for the work, Bone Dry was the only one that both identified the trouble spots and provided solutions to both correct as well as take steps to prevent the issues from reoccurring. "The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious.They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"

"Our old skylight was leaking.  I called Molloy Roofing since we had used them on a previous home.  I was promised to have at least an estimate within 2 weeks.  Two weeks came and went and I was told they should have someone out within the following week.  After leaving another message with them and no return called I contacted Walter St. Clair Roofing.  Jerry St. Clair (Son) was here within 3-4 days, gave me an estimate which I accepted.  I was told it would be ordered and installed within 6-8 weeks.  They installed it within 7-10 days!  What a great company to work with!  Molloy Roofing called yesterday to set an estimate  date/time for the job.  They were told that we went with an extremely prompt and reliable company instead and they (Molloy) should learn a thing or two from them about customer service & promptness.  I would never use another company after having Walter St. Clair Roofing do this job.  I am extremely impressed and satisfied!"
