"Our project started out as renovating a 16'x14' deck, 6 feet above the backyard grade, that had seen better days. We also had asked for an add-alternate to put a roof over the deck (we have always wanted to enclose it). After we received the quote, which was less than a few others (but not the cheapest), we asked them to provide a quote for converting to a sunroom -- just the shell as we would do the interior ourselves. The price they quoted was fair and reasonable. From demo of the old deck to the completed sunroom took 23 working days (not including rain/snow days -- they started in February). The structure is substantial and the roof tied into the existing house well. They didn't balk when we decided that we wanted to include a skylight or other minor extras. I kept telling Steve and Brandon (our contractors) that they are selling themselves short -- they do so much more than decks and fences, which was one of my concerns before they started. Steve is a fantastic carpenter who takes his time figuring things out and very attentive to the little dettails that makes a good project a great one. Brandon has experience in siding and roofing. And they work so well together, were very respectful and courteous of our property. Greg and Jen in the office are a treat to work with and very responsive -- always returning emails and phone calls right away if they can't pick up. We give this team 5 stars and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'd submit a picture if I could."

"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"They came when they said they were going to come and they did a good job with the lawn. They cut things that I didn't think could be cut and they trimmed them all. The owner was the guy that we dealt with. Unfortunately, he was very pushy. It had to be his way or we couldn't do it like I asked him to, which was every other week. He said no. He said because it would get too big in between. I find it problematic when people immediately say that they have huge lawn because I do and how much they charge and how much were getting a really good deal for something. I don't really care. I am just trying to get the best deal possible. That is why I stopped using them. If you can put up with the attitude, it was good service. If we had dealt with someone else who was a little more laid back, we probably would still be using them."

"Rowland showed up 10 minutes early to do a walk around the house and explain what he would be doing. He took the time to explain the products he used and how the concentrate he uses is safe for pets (important for me). The whole process of cleaning my 2000sq ft house and a small 20x20 concrete patio took him about two hours. At the end he took me around the house to make sure I was satisfied. It was a night and day difference on the appearance of my house and patio. If you're on the fence if its worth it you should try it. I'll be requesting his services again future years."

"Keith Shackleford responded quickly to a request for quote, coming out within a few days of our call. His quote was very reasonable, and he was able to start the work on the day we requested. All work was done in one week (even with time out for rain), and Keith came back to check on the results a week later. He said the deck needed another coat and there were a few places that needed touch-up. He came out while we were on vacation to do the 2nd coat on the deck (he even moved all the furniture off the deck, then replaced afterward) and touch ups. Keith and his painter Ryan worked quickly and professionally, and cleaned up every day after they finished. The house, deck and shed look great! We are very pleased with the work they did."
