"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

The work included taking out the existing bathtub, replacing the ceiling, moving the heating element, re-tiling both the floor and the shower area, putting in new recessed lights, installing a new shower door, replacing the closet door, installing a new exhaust fan, installing a new larger vanity and medicine cabinet and the bathroom floor and repainting areas that needed it. "Excellent work.  Pacific Stone & Tile kept in touch throughout the entire job--the person in the office who handled the communication was very responsive to questions and scheduling details. The granite is of high quality. The installation is great, so that a seam is barely visible.  When the tiles for the backsplash were the incorrect color (white rather than cream), they removed what had been installed and remedied the mistake (they ordered the correct color and scheduled another date to come out and finish the job).  Very happy with the final results!

Just so you know, with 34 years of military service, and I am still in, I have a high level of expectation without excuses and I don't give recommendations too often!! But this is worth the time!
I live out of town and not being there to oversee the project and actualy speak with Brian in person was a challenge for me because as with so many contractors they say one thing and then never show, etc.  Brian not only showed up, he provided me the estimates I needed and then went back  photo's for my insurance company.  After Brian provided the first estimate the insurance company wanted another estimate due to the type of shingle on the roof, as they are required to replace the current material with as close as possible to the original type materials.   Brian, provided a second estimate with the original type material.    The second material was not as good as the first and still put the the better GAF roofing shingle on the house due to it's superior quality and warranty    (50year warranty!- ok I'll be dead by then, but heck the next owner will be in good shape!) 
-Brian Rudd is a true professional and so is his team.  Honestly, don't even bother going to anyone else, because  you won't find better service and price!  Brian, Kim, Ron, thank you all for the service you provided!!

"These guys are the greatest! They saved us a lot of money! We had a dumpster before the bullbag and for 3 tons of material and a week rental of the dumpster it cost us $486! We own the bullbag now, had a full bag - 3.5 tons - picked up and it was only $229! We didn't have any rental charges, excess weight fees, or anything! These guys did everything they said they would! OMG! Everyone should use these guys!!!!! Also, I got the bullbag back! I never have to buy another one and its ready to use whenever I feel like doing a clean out or renovation."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water.
