"Were extremely happy with the entire process.  We were given a timetable for when the work was to begin and when it was to be completed and, except for a couple of unavoidable rain delays, the work went right sccording to schedule.  The quality of the work was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the crew as well as James Brougham, our contact from the company.  Should we need another roof - and the idea is that we never will (!) - we would definitely use these folks again.

"Hard working crew. What would have taken an average crew of 4, 2 weeks to finish, these guys did in 5 days. Owner came within an hour to give estimate. I added a couple of small jobs after the estimate and they charged no extra. These guys know exterior and interior restoration. Our log home hadn’t been treated in over 10 years but no looks better than ever. Project Foreman presented me with any issues as he found them and gave me options. My neighbors have now hired them. "I call this young team the miracle workers. They came in and repainted our complete interior. It was beautiful, not a mismark anywhere. Would hire them again and again and would recommend them without fail to anyone who wants painting in their home."

"Mr. Hargrove came on short notice and arrived promptly. He was courteous and professional. He did good quality work and even cleaned off the limbs and debris from our roof. I would definitely use him again!"

"Our home lost shingles & siding during “ETA”. After multiple attempts to get word of mouth roofers, I went to Angie’s List. Within minutes of filling out my requests for a roofer, JT from Appalachian Exteriors called me. We sat up an appointment & his crew DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! High quality performers, polite & an Excellent work Ethic by each crew member. Jeremy was an Excellent Foreman & present, start to finish. A++ craftsmanship & very fair prices. Shirley M. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
