"FD General Contractors were so nice, professional and Davis and Franklin were so accommodating. When they finished installing the fence they made sure I was satisfied with the work they did, and they did an excellent job of cleaning up when done. I would highly recommend this company."

Small jobs welcome
Hi there! I have about 9 years of experience with home remodeling, house flips, and currently I am focused more on carpentry (custom closets, interior/exterior trim, etc.) and flooring. I am still open to most home repair needs. I am new to Angi, but feel free to check out some photos of my work in the project photos. I am also willing to share more photos. Feel free to email me at JMDhomeservices1@gmail.com or call/text at 3179032308. Thanks!

"A+ Service all around! Quality Built Pergolas has an outstanding sales team, customer service and installation professionals. David answered all of my design questions and helped me design a gorgeous contemporary pergola. The pergola was ready ahead of schedule and Jessica was very accommodating with the coordination of the delivery and install. Levi and Dustin were so polite and informative. The craftmanship is in the details - it is definitely apparent this team is passionate about their work. After the build the worksite was just like they found it – CLEAN. I normally have to clean up after the trades leave, but not with QBP. My husband and I are in awe with our new cedar pergola and black hardware. This company sets the standard – for sales, customer service, materials and professional installers. Look no further – choose QBP for your next pergola or pavilion."

"Owner Matt McQuiston was friendly and thorough in preparing our quote, and kept in touch throughout the project. His crew went about their tasks with quiet good humor and attention to detail. I would hire them again. He deals in fiberglass windows and doors, and they appear to be excellent products."

"They were very quick to respond to me with a quote, and just as quick to schedule an appointment time that worked with our schedule. The price to install a garage door opener was very reasonable, and lower than anyone around. The installers were professional, and clearly this is a well run business with a high level of customer service! We will be calling on them again for future garage organization needs!"

"Travis and his team with Rustic Infusions did a great job installing several thousand square feet of luxury vinyl tile, subfloor, and padding in my house. This type of flooring is challenging and they made it seamless and trimmed to perfection. This team really listens to its customers and goes above and beyond to be customer-centered and true professionals. I am very picky and expect quality work. What started as a quote for a different repair quickly changed to them ending up doing 8 different installs, repairs, and entire flooring for me in my newly bought house. After seeing their work and professionalism in all the work they did, this is exactly the company I was looking for. Like several other reviews on Rustic Infusions, they live up to the hype that is posted and leave you looking for more work to have completed by them. Travis and his team go above and beyond in quality expectation and in customer satisfaction and that is the reason they have their rave reviews. Do not hesitate, call them today for all your contractor needs. You will be glad you did. I was not paid to post this review nor received anything in return. Genuine companies deserve genuine reviews. Keep up the great work!"

"We contracted with Bee Window to install 19 second floor windows in our 100 year-old brick house. They also removed the front entryway that consisted of the original front door and two sidelights and replaced them with an energy efficient single integrated unit with much nicer looking glass than the originals had. They also reinstalled our wired doorbell into the new door unit. The process started about a week after we signed the contract when a measurement technician arrived to take measurements. Several weeks later we received stain color samples and signed-off on them. The office staff was very accommodating in delaying the install date several times when I felt it was too cold to remove our front entryway and replace it. The install of all 19 windows and the front entryway exceeded my expectations and was completed carefully and quickly in a single day. The install crew was friendly and knowledgeable and worked together as a team. One of the trailers that they brought on-site was a mobile metal fabricating shop that allowed them to cut and bend the metal exterior pieces to fit each window as needed. They installed new insulation around the windows and door unit and caulked all exterior and interior joints. At the conclusion of the install they cleaned up around the house and took away all the old windows and door pieces. Over the 40 years that we have lived in our 100 year-old home, we have worked with many, many tradesmen, everyone from larger outfits like Bee Window to smaller one-man operations. I’ve learned that there is almost always a successful outcome when there is a partnership between the homeowner and the tradesmen. I’ve learned to hire people with the experience and expertise for the job we needed done and then work with them to make it happen. I’ve found that when you hire carefully, communicate clearly, and treat tradesmen with respect you will get a superior result. Bee Window was not the most inexpensive choice, but they were the right choice for this project."

"We researched quite a bit and so knew this was a product/company we wanted to do the work. The sales guy came to give a quote and it took 3 and half hours!!!! He played games, (you get points for being a public servant, nurse, educator, which leads to discounts in some unexplained formula) he rambled on and on, he had to call his team lead to negotiate price and wait for a call back.. We just wanted a quote!!! He was a really nice guy but my time is so important! We had to watch the same video we had seen on line when we were researching.
When it came time to do the work there were delays. We became the project managers and it took a lot of time. One example is that one day the painters asked my husband what color the ceiling on the porches should be...despite copious notes they had taken they could not figure out that the front porch ceiling was to be white and the back was beige. My husband, not having written down what I had decided told them the opposite. So I am not happy about that, but my husband felt it was his fault for telling them wrong...they wrote it down!! (we actually had decided this becuase the sales guy did a big push saying the white would reduce lighting needed on the front porch and we would have less of a need to leave the porch light on at night-so much for that)
The project took so long to be complete that we lost the use of our screened porch for over a month, resulting in cancelling family get togethers we had planned.
I have hybrid roses, and in the video and the sales pitch they go on and on about covering and protecting your plants. Not so much in actuality. One rose bush was trampled, literally trampled, and the others had broken stems. My flower garden off the screened porch was trampled to the point the plants died. When brought to their attention they were sorry. I would have appreciateted some restitution but none was offered.
they were to replace the boot on the porch post, instead replaced the whole post, but did not square it up with the porch. It is off by a 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
Overall the painting looks good, the process was a hassle. I hope that it lasts, the quality remains to be seen.
