After calling several other companies for a comparable replacement ( including my oil provider ), Jeff was the only company that really asked about my heating needs, plan for staying in the home and even reviewed some other options that would be best for me and my family. Comfort wise and financially. We agreed on a gas system and an installation date. d/t a sudden leak, Jeff and his team moved me up into there already crazy schedule to ensure that my family didn't have any serious damage. Jeff really walked me through the entire process to have everything ready and on time to meet the progression of the job. The job was complete in no time. We had a rocking toilet that several other plumbers had failed to fix, and he quickly figured out the issue and resolved it. He also figured out a strange issue with the water pressure for our kitchen faucet, including replacing the shutoff valves and installing a new faucet. When our basement was flooding and we couldn't figure out why, he was the first person we called and he was able to get out to the house later that same day. It was all very mysterious, but he thought it might be a clog in our main drain so he referred us to someone who could snake the drain and didn't charge us a penny himself. The person he referred also came out and got the work done that day, and it did indeed solve our issue. Robert is definitely our go-to plumber now!"
