"Steve and his coworker scheduled my project for Friday morning, June 17. They announced that they were on their way and arrived, as scheduled. They immediately went to work and did phase I (remove Pergo and lay ceramic tile) in no time. It was done all so quickly, a testament to how these 2 folks work well together with Steve measuring and his coworker cutting the tiles, to perfection. Steve told me he would return the next morning for Phase II, grouting and toilet replacement. He arrived right on time the next day and again went right to work. Again, he was done in no time. Steve cleaned up after himself, and I had to do absolutely nothing. His work was excellent and we are very happy with the final project. My only suggestion to Steve and his crew would be to wear a mask, at least when doing the initial meeting of the customer, in these days of COVID. When he was working in the powder room there was more than ample distance between us. Just a suggestion. Again, we are extremely happy with the job done and I would recommend Pete Anderson (and Steve) to everyone."

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"We had a large, tiled half brick/half window walled sunroom we wanted to transform into a comfortable, safe playroom for our son. We also wanted to add an exterior door to the space which required him to remove a window, cut through a brick wall, frame the new doorway, create a threshold and install the new door and hardware. He framed, insulated, drywalled and trimmed out the interior brick walls, making them safe to play around. It looks like a completely different room, and it's quickly become or favorite in the house to spend time in. We LOVE the work that was done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Eric again."

"Overall, we could not have asked for a better job to have been done. Shain and crew (2 other guys) did a phenomenal job. The back porch looks amazing. <br /> The floor of the porch was original wood to the house (1930s era) and had rotted. They replaced the wood and built out new walls and installed new screens. The attic ladder is original to the house, so they decided to try and salvage the ladder if they could, rather than replace it; suffice to say, they saved the ladder and ensured that it's firmly back in its tracks and more sturdy than before. They salvaged wood from the porch to do some repairs to flooring in the house. <br /> Each day they arrived on time - as a matter of fact, they called each day when they were en route. If they left during the course of the day, they always let us know when they'd be back. <br /> It's clear that they're a talented, hardworking group of guys. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for other odd jobs that need to be done, and I've recommended them to friends already. <br /> Do note, however, that even though the website states they accept credit cards, they in fact do not - cash or check only (which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others needing/planning to pay by credit). <br /> Overall, we're very happy with the level of craftmanship and how quickly they got everything done. They gave us an estimate on a Friday, started work Monday morning, finished Wednesday afternoon. And they came in spot on on their estimate. <br /> <br />"

"These contractors did a great job. First, they came out (on time) and looked at the job and gave a detailed estimate. When I called to make the appointment they gave me several choices and told me they would call first thing in the am of the day I requested to schedule time. They called about an hour before comb out. Two men came out, talked t me about the job and then started. The covered floors, did all the work, and even showed me what they were doing. After completion they cleaned up and asked if I wanted to keep packaging or I'd they should take it. Job ended with cost exactly as estimate. Would highly recommend them"

"The room looked great afterwards, but there was one problem. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge. <br />"
