"Chris painted our den in the fall of 2012.  He did a great job and was very fast. We had to wait a few weeks for him to get to us but he kept me informed of his projected arrival.  He was very pleasant to work with and completely trustworthy. I had no hesitancy about leaving him in my home working. He was neat and left things in good order each day.  He is very intelligent and the most interesting painter I've ever worked with.
Chris' dad was a cabinet maker, so Chris is very knowledgable about primers and paints for wood finishes. He removed all of the knobs, and handles and transported the doors to his shop.  He was a perfectionists and sprayed them with a commercial sprayer.  They were absolutely perfect-he did a superior job.  We had originally planned to "glaze" them but they looked so good, we didn't want to cover the awesome finish that Chris acheived.  In addition to the awesome paint job, it turned out that many of the doors were crooked which didn't show up very much with the wood finish.  But, once painted, it did. He took the extra time to straighten them and drill some new holes, etc. for us. 
Believe me, Chris is worth waiting for. We thought his prices were very reasonable. The last time that I had some cabinets painted, they peeled and chipped very quickly.  This finish isn't going to come off easily. Chris is the best!

"Overall, we could not have asked for a better job to have been done. Shain and crew (2 other guys) did a phenomenal job. The back porch looks amazing.
The floor of the porch was original wood to the house (1930s era) and had rotted. They replaced the wood and built out new walls and installed new screens. The attic ladder is original to the house, so they decided to try and salvage the ladder if they could, rather than replace it; suffice to say, they saved the ladder and ensured that it's firmly back in its tracks and more sturdy than before. They salvaged wood from the porch to do some repairs to flooring in the house.
Each day they arrived on time - as a matter of fact, they called each day when they were en route. If they left during the course of the day, they always let us know when they'd be back.
It's clear that they're a talented, hardworking group of guys. I'll definitely be calling them in the future for other odd jobs that need to be done, and I've recommended them to friends already.
Do note, however, that even though the website states they accept credit cards, they in fact do not - cash or check only (which wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others needing/planning to pay by credit).
Overall, we're very happy with the level of craftmanship and how quickly they got everything done. They gave us an estimate on a Friday, started work Monday morning, finished Wednesday afternoon. And they came in spot on on their estimate.

"We were delighted with Victor's work. They were very good at making sure all the work was done with attention to detail. They worked at a steady pace and repaired several aspects. They spent considerable time making sure the wood was cut and attached to where there is very little differentiation between what they replace and what was original wood. They worked as late as possible, and finished the job in a timely manner, while still making sure it was done properly. "Recently had a screen room built by Decks, Etc. Couldn't be more pleased with the final product. I don't expect everything to go perfect, but I judge a business by the finished product and how they react to an issue. I had real problem with the door. I asked the owner to come look. They agreed with the issue and offered me an upgrade at no additional costs. That is REAL customer service. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the owner. we communicated via text. Always got an answer within the hour even after normal business hours. I have told the owner they give my name as a reference any time."

"The room looked great afterwards, but there was one problem. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge.

"Our experience with Covenant Construction went very well, from the moment we first contacted them until the job was complete. We contacted them on Tuesday at approximately 12:30pm to ask if/when they would be able to replace a door jam at our home. We were told due to my proximity to their office, they could come by Wednesday after 10:00am, after they left another job. They actually showed up at 09:50 am. Both gentlemen were very respectful. They made an assessment of exactly what needed to be done, and what additional materials they would need. Even after making a trip to the lumber company, they still had the job done well before 1:00pm. They even adjusted the door to the point it now opens better than ever. We were very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to call them again.
