"Paid cash. -----No definitive schedule initially. First startup delayed due to company ordering the wrong tile. Got the impression the company thought it was my fault until my evidence proved otherwise. Pricing of material not identified, rolled up into activity. To date unknown how much the tile cost, only that I had to pay $88.00 more for upgrade. Had to request additional shoe molding along side sink cabinets in both bathrooms at the end of the project; one would think that would come with the project. Shoe molding and cost did not come into question until I started asking about the possible removal of my base molding. Both bathroom walls were left with technicians' hand print smears. I expected to pay more due to engaging a professional company. Anticipated more transparency and made to feel conflicted in choosing Paul' Tile when I made a request into the company related to quality and pricing of the tile; I only wanted to have some written description of pricing per unit and quality of the tile I selected. Never received any descriptive correspondence on the tile in my bathrooms; only a verbal that the company uses good products and that I got a discount."

They were on time and completed the work.  However, the measured incorrectly and I had much to much linoleum left over.

Also, they took the wood trim near the floor off around all the rooms where they replaced the flooring.  They replaced the wood trim after the install but left it tacky and told me I need to repaint it.  I had just had it painted a few weeks before.

It took an act of Congress to get them to come back out and repaint the trim.  However, they only painted it in the kitchen and eating area.  They would not repaint in the two bathrooms

"Mr. Evans showed up promptly when scheduled to give us an estimate. We were surprised when he came in considerably lower than the other two estimates, so asked lots of questions to make certain we were all on the same page! He answered all questions and provided a detailed contract. He and his crew showed up for the work the first day the weather allowed. In one day, they tore out the old sidewalk, part of the driveway, and worked with us to set the forms so that we got the design for the new turnaround area and sidewalk. The next day they finished the tear-out and the rest of the forms. The crew showed up Saturday morning to pour the new concrete and worked all day, well into the evening to get the concrete poured, washed to expose the aggregate, and the inlet from the street poured and scored to match an existing concrete entry at the gate to our backyard. As promised, they came back on Monday to finish cleaning up the worksite, as it had been too late and dark to finish that on Saturday. We have a beautiful new driveway, scored cobblestone inlet from the street, turnaround area and sidewalk, and are completely delighted not only with the product, but also with our experience with this contractor. We have told all our friends and will recommend this company again and again! For once, we feel like we got our money's worth, plus some!"
