We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. They were professional and friendly and did a wonderful job on all of the aspects of the project. Communication with them was easy, clear and accurate. "Jeff is an amazing professional. This is the second time Jeff has worked to repair parts of my front walkway after a winter thaw and before Easter, when all of my relatives would be over for the Holy Day and would be taking pictures in the front. Jeff worked diligently to find the stone pavers that would work with the dimensions of my front walk. He repaired 2 collapsed steps and replaced pavers that had cracks in them. Jeff makes sure everything looks good and will last. Jeff took all of the crumbled stone pieces with him, so I didn't have to worry about any of the clean up. I know that if I need another project with my walk or outdoors, I'm calling Jeff again."

"The brick mason was needed because the company installing a new gas wall furnace had to first remove the old furnace. Its removal resulted in a large through and through hole which went through the wall and the brick. Joseph Little and Home Improvement did the necessary brick mason work which definitely closed my wall on the inside and outside. I was thoroughly pleased."

"I wanted to upgrade some concrete around my house, I needed a new driveway, a wall and walkway. I was walking in my neighborhood one early Fall day, and I observed a crew of men doing concrete work. They had done two different jobs over a two-week period. I observed their work and it was striking. I asked the gentleman for a card and asked him to come look at my project. That crew was the Christopher Brother’s Concrete Co. The gentleman was Ed Bregman , the owner. He came promptly, and I described to him what I wanted him to do. He began to take measurements and make calculations. Once he finished, he came to the door asked us to come out and explained what he saw and what was the best approach to take preliminarily, but that he would go and take more calculations and put together a proposal. Mr. Bregman came the next day and explained in detail what needed to be done. We accepted. When they began the work I was impressed that Mr. Bregman was the first person there. That was every day throughout the completion of the project. He oversaw every aspect of the entire project. They worked every day until the project was completed. I could not have been more pleased and felt that they had done a fantastic job. We were impressed to such a degree that I asked him about the back of the house and what he thought it would take. I told him to keep us in mind for the following Spring. He put together another proposal which we accepted, we put in a new barbeque area, an extended concrete patio running the length of the back of our house as well as concrete steps going up to a terrace in the back yard. Once again, we were so pleased at the quality and detail of the work. Mr. Bregman was hands-on, (consistently the hardest working person on his crew) prompt, onsite early, working, demonstrating a complete understanding of each aspect of the task. His team worked every day until each job was completed. He was committed to the highest quality throughout and demonstrated it throughout both projects. For example, his team was constructing the base of the versa-lock wall that would serve as the foundation of the barbeque area. He was working on another portion of the project on the other side of the back of the house. They were well-along and he came and inspected their work. It looked fine to me but he was not pleased and had them start again. He wanted it to be right. I have had neighbors come and admire the work done on the front and back of my house. I had two friends that both were contractors, one working in new construction and the other an electric contractor, and both asked me who did my concrete work. They were impressed with the quality and attention to detail, assessing the craftsmanship that they observed. The quality of the Christopher Brothers work has not only increased the value of our home , but also the aesthetics. I have spent the last two summers having coffee on my new patio each morning, and enjoy the patio many times throughout other portions of the day."

And they always give 110% performance! A few weeks ago, I noticed water was beginning to leak around the ceiling area of our chimney. The heavy rains were very unusual for the winter months. "We were very happy to find A Plus Concrete & Foundation repair. They did a tremendous job!! Joe & his team came to our house last month to repair old crumbling foundation blocks. The team was fantastic! The old broken blocks in our foundation were repaired quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint.
