"They were 2 hours late.  I took off of work, so I wanted them to get it done.  The workers were very nice and very professional.  They did try to upsell us, which a lot of plumbers do.  One of their quotes was a crazy price, especially considering how little work it would have been. You have to know when to say no. But we asked them to do an additional job, installing a faucet.  I thought the price was a bit high, but the work took (both projects) about 2 hours, and with a little discount I was satisfied. I was happy with their service and I would use them again.  I really liked the guys they sent. The $89 outdoor faucet replacement is a good deal.
