"A home warranty came with the house I purchased last June. Our Viking refrigerator began to have problems 2 months later. Called the home warranty people and they sent out unqualified repairmen several times to try to fix the many problems we were having with the unit. A Viking recall for the door on our refrigerator brought Morris County Appliance Repair into the picture. They knew everything about my refrigerator. Long story short, Morris County Appliance Repair will be taking care of all my appliance repairs from now on even though I still have a home warranty that would pay for such repairs. Their employees are great. Scheduling was easy. Refrigerator is fixed. Note: The first repair call did not fix the problem but they came back 2 more times until they nailed down what the problem was and I was not charged extra. Morris County Appliance Repair is number one on my list."
