"Well, the weather conditions were not Ideal with the unusual snow on 4/12/25 followed by a week's worth of rain, so the project got off to a slow start due to muddy bedding conditions that required extra Sand for the bedding; however, on the third day the team of 3 worked 3 hours to complete the work entirely. This included spreading & compacting the 1 CY of sand and get the liner installed with all skimmers and discharge hose connections reattached with new gaskets! It really looks excellent! I have done this installation the last time and the work is not so easy to get that liner to laid flat but It is very flat. I don’t give high ratings easily."

"Our sales woman Lucia was very helpful and supported us through the entire process. Timing was an issue because of a party we had after being promised a finished date and it couldn’t happen. The distributor was blamed for being backed up on delivering our liner… then the installer promised to be done by Thursday so we could fill and put chemicals in Friday and it wasn’t done until Friday. So we made it by the skin of our teeth. Just didn’t appreciate the installer knowing the time line and promising it, then not standing by his word. It was weird. Liner is beautiful but there is a spot that is pulling and you can see a gap. I hope this won’t cause any future issues."

"We called J in to help get our 33000 gallon in ground pool fixed/cleaned/running correctly. We had a very old DE Filter system and the original pump for that system barely chugging along to filter our pool. Joe came in and knew we needed a new filter and pump and even got it for us and installed in within 2 days (on July 3rd!). He did some additional pipe work because one of the pipe lines running to our pool could not push water through it (We had jerry rigged a flexible PVC pipe for a few years since it happened), so Jay run some additional piping and since we've gotten the new filter, pump, and a working pipeline to return water to the pool it was an immediate improvement. Two days later the pool was the cleanest and clearest I've seen it in years."

"We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."
