He always took the time to explain any changes that needed to be made and did not proceed until we gave him the ok. He is very professional and cleaned up everyday before he left. He showed up on time and often went above and beyond to please us on our renovation. I feel like Sam worked on our house as if it was his own house. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."
