They started with a complete demolition and meticulously planned and executed every step of building a bathroom from start to finish. They worked very long hours for about a month and overcame every problem and challenge that came up without compliant. They did not take a single extra day off and after every work day I saw visible progress. Serge was also very transparent and responsive about communicating problems and was willing to go above and beyond the original plan to make sure the job was done the right way. He is also very professional. Every week he sent me a detailed invoice with complete documentation of all material purchases and labor costs. There were no hidden surcharges or unexpected costs. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
