"Fantastic experience. My AC stopped working last Thursday afternoon and CoolAir came the next day in the morning (very fast response). They replaced the Capacitor and the unit started working immediately. In addition, on my request, they replaced a UV light Bulb I had installed in the past (best for cleaner air and allergies). I called Prestige for a 2nd opinion, and they said my compressor was not the problem. They also told me that my system was still under the manufacturers warranty. AIR AROUND THE CLOCK WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1195 TO REPLACE MY COIL BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING. SCOTT FROM EAST COAST CONFIRMED IT WAS LEAKING AND ONLY CHARGED ME $650.00 FOR THE COIL REPLACEMENT AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO DO THE JOB. AIR AROUND THE CLOCK WAS THE CO. THAT INSTALLED MY NEW UNIT SO YOU WOULD THINK THERE PRICE TO SERVICE THEIR OWN UNIT & REPAIR IT WOULD BE MORE REASONABLE. SCOTT RETURNED ALL OF MY CALLS WHILE AIR AROUND THE CLOCK WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS ONCE THEY ASSUMED THEY WERE NOT GETTING MY COIL JOB.
